Weekly Challenge

This weeks challenge is all about water. When we exercise, we really need to drink more water. We kinda need to drink water anyway. OK so here’s the challenge.

Drink 8 oz. of water on the odd hours, 8 times throughout the day starting at 7am and ending at 9pm. Eat meals on even hours (8, 12, 6) so you don’t drink water with a meal.

Set the alarm on your phone, computer, PDA, IPod, whatever. Just do it! Tell us about the results. Especially take stalk of how your skin looks on day one and on day 7. Also see how your weight fluctuates. Check this by weighing yourself at the SAME TIME every day in the same attire! Tell us about your energy level!
